How information is collected and used on this website.

Who we are
This website is operated by Cazares Growth Solutions LLC, which does business as Cazares Growth Solutions ("we", "us"). You can contact us at terrel@cazaresgrowthsolutions.com.
Information we collect directly
Consultation form (Formspree)
When you submit a consultation form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, business name, phone number (if provided), website (if provided), the service you're interested in, and your message. The form also sends us the page you submitted it from and the campaign and referral details described below.
Forms are processed by Formspree, which delivers each submission to our business email, hosted through Google Workspace. Formspree may also process technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the form and filter spam. We use form information to respond to your inquiry and for related business administration. We do not currently send newsletters or promotional email campaigns.
Consultation booking (Google Calendar)
You can also book a consultation through our appointment scheduling page, which is provided by Google Calendar and hosted by Google rather than on this website. When you book, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and any business information or consultation details you provide. We use this information to schedule, confirm, and conduct your consultation. You and we each receive a confirmation of the appointment by email. Google processes booking information under its own privacy policy.
Campaign and referral information
When you arrive from an advertisement or a link, we may record the campaign details in the page address (such as UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers), the first page you visited on this site, the page you sent the form from, and the website that referred you. This information is kept in your browser for the session and sent to us with the consultation form so we can understand which marketing led to your inquiry.
Analytics: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
If you allow analytics or advertising cookies (see Cookie choices below), we use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 on this site. Until you allow them, neither Google Tag Manager nor Google Analytics is loaded. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to help us understand website traffic, how visitors interact with the site, where visitors come from, which marketing campaigns lead to visits and inquiries, and how many consultation requests are submitted.
Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, the page address (including campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers), and the referring website. It also records interactions such as scrolling, clicks on links to other websites, file downloads, video views, site searches, and starting or submitting a form. When a consultation form is submitted successfully, we record a conversion event that includes the service you selected.
With analytics cookies allowed, Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga. With advertising cookies allowed, Google Ads cookies and storage such as _gcl_au, _gcl_ls and, when you arrive from a Google ad, _gcl_aw are also used. If you allow analytics but not advertising, Google Ads cookies are not used, no Google Ads conversion requests are sent, and Google ad click identifiers are removed from the information sent to Google Analytics. If you allow advertising but not analytics, Google's tag runs only to measure Google Ads conversions: Google Analytics measurement data is not sent and Google Analytics cookies are not set. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.
User-provided data collection
User-provided data collection is turned on in our Google Analytics account, and it applies only if you allow advertising cookies. With this setting, Google's tag may detect contact information you enter into a form on this site, such as your email address or phone number, and send it to Google. Google states that this information is hashed (converted into a coded format) before it is sent. Google uses it to measure conversions and attribute them to marketing more accurately, which can involve matching it with information associated with Google accounts.
Hashing does not make the information anonymous. Hashed contact information is still personal information. Our forms do not send the content of your message to Google Analytics.
Advertising tracking: what is active and what is planned
- Active with your consent: Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, including the consultation form conversion event (with analytics or advertising consent) and user-provided data collection (with advertising consent only).
- Active with advertising consent, Google Ads link: Our Google Analytics property is linked to our Google Ads account. If you allow advertising cookies and submit a consultation form, Google Analytics shares the conversion, together with any Google ad click identifier from the page address, with Google Ads so the inquiry can be attributed to an ad. This uses the Google Ads cookies described above.
- Depends on our account settings: Whether Google Ads uses these conversions in its reports and bidding, and whether Google Analytics data is used to build advertising audiences (such as remarketing), depends on settings in our Google Analytics and Google Ads accounts.
- Planned, not set up on this website: a Google Ads conversion tag and Google Ads enhanced conversions. Enhanced conversions would send hashed contact information from inquiries, such as your email address or phone number, to Google Ads. We will update this policy before enabling them.
- Not in use: Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. We will update this policy before we begin using them.
Cookie choices
When you first visit, a banner asks whether we may use optional cookies. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are off until you choose. You can pick:
- Accept All: allows analytics and advertising cookies.
- Reject Optional: keeps analytics and advertising cookies off. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not loaded.
- Cookie Settings: lets you allow analytics and advertising separately. Allowing analytics only does not turn on Google Ads cookies, Google Ads conversion measurement or user-provided data collection.
We use Google Consent Mode to pass your choice to Google's tags. Your choice is saved in a cookie named cgs_consent on your device for about six months, after which we ask again. We also ask again if we change how we use cookies.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies this site set on your device and stop loading those tools on later pages. Information already sent to Google before you withdrew consent is not deleted by this.
Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising cookies and Google Ads measurement stay off, even if you allowed them earlier, and any Google Ads cookies this site set are deleted. You can still choose whether to allow analytics cookies. This site does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage how Google personalizes ads in your Google ad settings.
The site's own form attribution (described in Campaign and referral information) is not controlled by these settings, because it is sent only to us with the consultation form.
Third-party services
We use these service providers to operate this site and handle inquiries and appointments. Each processes information on our behalf or under its own privacy policy:
- Netlify hosts this website. When you visit, Netlify may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
- Formspree processes and delivers consultation form submissions.
- Google Workspace hosts our business email, where form submissions and booking confirmations are received.
- Google Calendar appointment scheduling provides the consultation booking page.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 provide site analytics and conversion measurement, including user-provided data collection, only if you allow them in Cookie choices.
- Google Ads receives consultation conversions and ad click identifiers from Google Analytics through our account link, only if you allow advertising cookies.
The fonts used on this site are hosted on our own website, so loading a page does not send requests to Google Fonts. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Sale and sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information for money. Some state privacy laws define "selling" or "sharing" personal information broadly enough to include certain analytics and advertising measurement, such as sharing conversion and ad click information or hashed contact information with Google. We share that information with Google only if you allow advertising cookies, and you can withdraw that choice at any time. If you have questions about how this applies to you, contact us using the email address below.
Retention
- Our business records: We keep consultation inquiries and appointment booking information, including emails in our Google Workspace account and calendar entries, as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct consultations, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
- Google Analytics: User-level and event-level analytics data is kept for the data retention period set in our Google Analytics account, after which Google deletes it. Google Analytics offers retention periods of 2 or 14 months for standard properties. Aggregated reports are not affected by this setting.
- Formspree: Copies of form submissions may be stored in our Formspree account, according to Formspree's service and our account settings, until they are deleted.
- Google Ads: Conversion and ad click information shared with Google Ads is kept according to Google's policies and our account settings.
- Your cookie choice: The
cgs_consentcookie is kept on your device for about six months, or until you change your choice or clear your cookies.
Your privacy rights and choices
You can email terrel@cazaresgrowthsolutions.com to ask what personal information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete information you submitted through our forms or booking page. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will respond to requests as those laws require.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.
